LAUREL CARRIERS PHILIPPINES, INC. is crew agency established in 1998 in Manila, Philippines, specialized in the recruitment of Filipino seafarers. Throughout our history of operations, we have recruited seafarers for dry bulk carriers, oil tankers, RO-RO passenger ships, LPG carriers, and megayachts.

MISSION - We strive to provide our clients with the most skilled and professional seafarers, under the strictest standards and evaluation criteria. Prior to endorsement, candidates will go through three levels of assessment: screening, technical evaluation and final interviews. CES and MARLINS examinations are given to applicants whenever necessary.
VISION - We aim to prepare the next generation of seafarers and create a community of highly trained professionals that will raise the standards of maritime operations onboard and ashore.
We are the evolution in crewing services: we integrate modern solutions and technologies into our long-standing tradition and expertise in ship management.
